Welcome to Love Life Massage and Wellness, LLC. I'm a highly experienced and qualified licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and group aquatic instructor. My top priority is helping clients through therapeutic massage, bodywork and personal training.

Individuals are served with customized treatments to meet specific needs to promote muscle mobility, relaxation, self-awareness and healing. 

My professional training includes a variety of modalities such as trigger point therapy, myofascial and medical massage. I also have years of experience with aquatic exercise classes and one on one personal training.
